Fairway Future Golf – Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing Fairway Future Golf (FFG) for your golf learning and training needs. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and guidelines governing your use of our services, including golf lessons, equipment rentals, and events. By registering for our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Services Provided

FFG offers golf lessons, training equipment rentals, and golf-related events designed to teach youth the fundamentals of the game of golf, develop life skills, and promote positive engagement with the community. All services provided are subject to availability.

2. Registration and Payment

Lesson Registration: To participate in any lessons or programs, registration must be completed in advance through our website or other registration platforms.
Payment: All payments for lessons, events, and equipment rentals must be made in full at the time of registration unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept payments through [insert payment methods].

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Lesson Cancellations:
- If you need to cancel a lesson, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. You may reschedule the lesson or receive a credit for future sessions.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson will not be refunded or rescheduled unless there is an emergency or extenuating circumstance, in which case a case-by-case decision will be made.
Event Cancellations:
- For events, such as clinics or camps, cancellations made at least one week before the event will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations within one week but more than 24 hours before the event will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event will not receive a refund.
Equipment Rentals:
- If you are unsatisfied with rented equipment or find it defective, please return it within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.
- Equipment must be returned in its original condition. If returned damaged, you may be responsible for the repair or replacement cost.

4. Liability Waiver

By participating in FFG programs, you understand and acknowledge the inherent risks associated with golf and sports activities. You agree to hold harmless and indemnify FFG, its employees, agents, volunteers, and partners from any liability arising out of or related to participation in lessons, events, or the use of rented equipment. FFG is not responsible for personal injury, loss of property, or any accidents that occur during the course of its activities.

5. Code of Conduct

FFG strives to create a positive and respectful environment for all participants. By participating in FFG programs, you agree to:

Treat all participants, instructors, and staff with respect.
Follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided during lessons or events.
Refrain from disruptive behavior that may negatively affect the experience of others.
Adhere to the policies of the venue hosting FFG activities.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

FFG is committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for the purposes of delivering services, managing bookings, and communicating with participants. We will not share your personal data with third parties except as required by law or as necessary to provide services.

7. Modification of Terms

FFG reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the updated version will apply to all services provided after the date of modification.

8. Force Majeure

FFG will not be held liable for any delays or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms and Conditions due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, pandemics, or government restrictions.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Broward County, Florida.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy:

Lesson Cancellations: If a participant cancels a lesson at least 24 hours in advance, they can reschedule or receive a credit for the missed session. Cancellations within 24 hours would not receive a refund, but may be considered for rescheduling on a case-by-case basis.
Event Cancellations: If the participant cancels an event (e.g., a golf clinic or camp), a full refund may be available if canceled at least a week in advance, and a 50% refund for cancellations within a week of the event. No refunds would be provided for cancellations on the day of the event.

2. Refund Policy for Equipment Rentals:

Equipment: If a customer rents equipment and finds it defective or unsatisfactory, they can request a replacement or refund, provided the equipment is returned within 24 hours of pickup and in its original condition.

3. No Refunds for Services Rendered:

Since FFG is providing educational services, once a lesson or event has been held, there would typically be no refunds for those services rendered. This could be outlined in the terms of service or registration agreement.
